STAFF GRIEVANCES
Public / Staff Grievances Redress Machinery has been instituted in the DGQA HQrs and an officer of the rank of Joint Director has been designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Grievances Cell. In addition, the Grievances Cell is functioning in all the establishments of the DGQA. The details of the designated officer-in-charge in the DGQA HQ are as under:
